Wow!what the heck is the MADC doing?!

Kudos to Mr.Sasa. I used to wonder what the heck is the MADC Archive people doing all these years! I understand that going abroad is'nt easy (esp. for the layman), but for a govt. it ain't gonna be that difficult,no?after all, observing how the MADC cash is being laundered, a few thousand bucks could have been utilized to send one or two research scholars abroad on a MADC-sponsored library work for the sake of retaining aswellas preserving and also to know our history better.

Kindly tell us something substantial that the MADC had done for our nation, esp., the so called Research and documentation branch or what ever its called/named..then, the discussion will move forward..
