Russia have been in fear of the western's(especially America)influence over the world through its educational exchange programs which have been so meaningfully and successfully contributed to its allies and friends building around the world. Now Russia finally will want to make sure that the India's Chin-Kuki-Mizo groups are its allies!

Last commenter, I completely agree with you. Russians are rather waking up too late. If we look at UK and USA, they attract maximum of foreign students - and they have people from all over the world who studied like them, eat like them and THINK like them after they studied in the environment created by them. It is a very clever way to spread their influence. A good example is Pepsico Chief Indra Nooyi and Citibank CEO Vikram Pandit. Born and raised in India but got higher education in the US. Orkut creator Mr. Orkut is from Turkey. Likewise the first acclaimed scientist from Mizoram Pu Lalliana Mualchin too is now in the US. Russians can also start newly, did they not say its better late than never?
Russia was no less powerless than them, but they beat Russia on this count. Now Russia is perhaps rebooting the sytem for good.

It was learned that only in 2008, 900 students from Burma including 4 Chins have selected to study nuclear science in Russia. The speculations is that Russia want to strictly bring the Burmese military into its fold of against the western way of governing---democracy.
Is anyone know if Mara candidates selected from Mizoram also would be studying nuclear science in Russia? | anyway its 100 blessing
