Hope the exams are conducted in a fair and transparent manner so that only qualified candidates are selected.The past recruitments had always been more of a political appoinment than a recruitment through competitive exams.These has resulted in recruitment of so many ineffecient and incompetent officers in MADC.Recruitment of eligible candidates will go along way in restoring the prestige and status of MADC officers viz- aviz their counterparts in central and state services.

it is a great honour to comment on the recent conductment of officers to m.a.d.c...i think m.a.d.c. should conduct it carefully and honestly because the officers are the faces of maraland.they should be able to speak and talk in english.those doing selecting these officers must remember god so that they can do their work honestly..otherwise they should resign from their posts...IF THEY DO IT UNFAIRLY AND DISHONESTLY,LET THEM GO TO HELL.they should not have any partiality,they should not take ransom or bribery...i don't say that they used to do but i say it for precautionary measure,,,,,,survival of the fittest must be the principle in selecting these officers... lastly,i thank maraland.net for giving me the oppurtunity to comment and long live maraland...robinson,M.A.SHILLONG.

Well informed source said MADC will also conduct an entrance exams and the interview for 6 (six) posts for GROUP B officers under its aegis. Let's hope many young educated Maras will get into the office once again.
