Everyone knows that Pu Beihmingia has cracked Civil service(Prelim) many times. It is difficult to understand why some individuals has questioned his success in the writtenn exam. Well, I don't know whether MADC is fair or transparent in this particular exam. Yet, given the nature of question paper(which can be seen in Maraland.net)),one can presume that for the one who cleared UPSC prelim as many as four times(?), the questions would be rather too easy.

With regards to Parthangi, some of us may kow that she is also a bright and studious student. Two sisters/brothers cracking competitive examination is not a new phenomena in India. It is well known that In UPSC and other exam, siblings has often cracked the exam together. One example could be, Lalthara.Lalsawta, Lalnunmawita(though not in the same yearss)..james.

This is rather very disorganised and unfair. The only way i can think of to curb this problem is that each question paper should bear different questions from the next paper and once inside the examination hall, the candidates should be asked to pick the question paper randomly and answer to the questions asked from the paper they picked....this way no MDC (or any looters) can guarantee the kind of questions the candidate is going to get.

I have no clue as to how far this is true because i personally do not know the persons in question but if i have to believe the commentor just before me, i think the marasawzy should jump over to some other far more impt topics (who says no two siblings can be bright and intelligent) ? of the few candidates i know from the list, they are very conversational on any given topics and open to ideas which is a very good thing for changes to happen.

5. Puhpa V. Zacho nata CEM, Puhpa S.Khipo he ama tah thai kaw ama tah, achhapa cha Puhpa V.Zacho rai he tloh lei kawna cho ta Puhpa S.Khipo ta a hnaoh pa a chapa hawhta reina a y.
If this is true, Mr. CEM, please do us a favour; take a bow and leave this matter to the scholars (you may be an expertise in some areas but surely not for all the areas)....because if you get someone selected by mere favoritism, you are corrupting Maraland for another 30 years minimum (give or take a few)!

In my opinion, spare the candidates! attack the unjust leaders...Shame on you (leaders) if you fooled us once and shame on us (Marasawzy) if you fooled us twice!!! Its time we take our stands and make ourselved heard...MSO??? speak up

The answer paper should not bear the name of the candidate rather a real longggg alphabetical code and characters or stuff like that (not sure if this will help ) and each paper be checked by atleast two persons so that the marks can be averaged out for each answers.

Once my boss told me," the more succesful u are the more enemy you will have.," and looks like its true, judging by the comments and pointing fingers at the candidates who have cleared the written test.. Its a well known fact that,partiallity exist everwhere in the world even in the family...but to earn that one has to be worthy of it,and i don't think our leaders and politicians are that dumb to show their partiallity to the candidates who did not deserve it.Especially when this job is as publicised as it is now...Correct me if i am wrong!

I have known V.T Rosalind since her childhood. She even reached 3rd position in matriculation. And I have known Beihmingia and Vabeihasa. They have always been bright, intelligent and smart. I think these three persons deserves to be in the selected list. I never doubted their merits.May be other selected persons are also as smart as these three. I am trully happy that they are being selected to be interviewed and I hope they will come out with flying colours. May be the authorities are doing the selection in fairness, I hope they did. Let us be optimistic. But there is the possibility of an unfair means as well. So,i guess its good to be critical.However,in our critique let us try not to be partial or sarcastic,let us try not to hurt others' sentiments. Hurting others sentiments never produces a good result. It's indeed pleasant to read all the comments over the result of MADC- Grade A Officers' Exam commented by the beloved Mara brothers and sisters from various cities and places.
Having read all these comments, mind too gets confused whether there is unfair thing on the side of the Council leaders and politicians OR the comments particularly the negative ones were given by the LOSERS whose names did not appear in the written exam result. It's worth remembering that LOSERS have endless excuses to share with whoever they passed by. To be critical is good but to be criticizing is not so. Criticism deals with negative and destructive statements whereas, Critique is not just to criticize but it deals with positive and constructive measures. Criticism is destructive producing no fruit where as Critique is constructive resulting in transformation and reformation with positive impacts. LET US BE CRITICAL BUT NOT CRITICIZING. Here are some of my positive comments on the selected NINE:
Wasn't it silly and rubbishy to doubt about the success of Mr. Lalhmelmawia (Beihmingia) and of his sister Ms. Lalparthangi Zawtha in their written exam for Grade A Officers' posts under MADC just because they are siblings??? So far as my knowledge about Mr. Lalhmelmawia is concerned, he possesses good personality and of course, he is brilliant as well. Hope his sister too must be as competent as him.
At the same time, all the selected 9 are as brilliant and competent as Mr. Beihmingia despite their subjects and specializing disciplines may not essentially be the same.
Mr. C.Siatha is, in fact, one of the academic personalities amongst the Mara youths. He, even right after graduating his LLB, passed MJS (Mizoram Judiciary Service) written exam under MPSC. Nevertheless, he has practiced for not less than 5 years as an Advocate in our District Bench. It was quite reasonable and probable that he got selected for the post.
Like wise, Mr. Kenneth Syhly, an MSC post-graduate in Chemistry from the NEHU is our eminent science scholar who has also been asked to be a resource person in one or two seminars. There is no denying that he is competent enough to be in the list of selected ones.
Mr.. S. Vabeihasa, a young historian and Lecturer in ECM Higher Secondary School is another efficient and proficient personality who not only from educational qualification and brilliance but even in terms of look is almost perfect to be selecetd.
Here comes another brilliant scholar in the person of Ms. VT. Rosalind who right since her school, college and university days never knew 3rd or 2nd class but passed always in 1st position. The very University she studied in for her post graduation must have equipped her to be competent enough for the job oriented-exam level under the MADC.
Though much is not known to me about Mr. T. Beihrongia, Mr. J. Beichhualai and Mr. Perry Miehlo, it must be everyone's assumption that they are excellent and competent enough for the post being selected of more than 100 graduates and post-graduates who appeared in the exam.
The point I want to make here is that the selected 9 are all competent enough to hold Grade A Officer's post in our semi-fledged government of MADC. If not all, most of them are post graduates for sure. From their qualifications, personalities and experiences they will definitely not be like those of promoted and upgraded officers who kept and keep struggling for the minor official procedures of the file.
I wish BEST OF LUCK ! to all the selected NINE with a WISH that the further to-be-selected THREE become SERVANT-OFFICERS NOT CORRUPTED OFFICERS.

All the selected candidates for the interview are all good. However, I know for sure that not all of them are Post Graduate; and that's not a necessary also, because the minimum qualification needed is only a graduate (BA and its equivalents). Our obsession with Post graduates is disgusting; for any brilliant students, BA and its equivalents are enough to clear any competitive exams, many of them have done so in state and national levels (MPSC, UPSC, etc).

Regarding the FAIR process in the selection, we will come to know only when the interview results are out. Up to this point, we can't really know whether it was fair or not.

The discussions have been very interesting. In any competition, some made it and some don't. Those who were not selected weren't necessarily bad either. Few mistakes could have cost them dearly. I wish they will continue to compete in other exams as well and make us proud. Long Live Mara Spirit and Maraland!
